Abstract :
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have remarkable properties, making them suitable for diverse applications. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) is a widely adopted synthesis technique due to its scalability and flexibility. This study investigates critical factors such as temperature, catalyst type, pressure, growth time, and carbon sources, statistically analyzing data from 400 studies. Results indicate that optimal conditions vary based on CNT type (SWNT or MWNT) and desired properties, such as length and alignment. Understanding these dependencies enables improved control of the CVD process, resulting in higher-quality CNT production.
