Improving the performance parameters of a halide thin-film perovskite solar cell using different shape plasmonic nanoparticles

چکیده :
Within the current investigation, the plasmonic nanoparticles were utilized for improvement the photocurrent of an organic-inorganic hybrid crystalline-based CH3NH3PbX3 perovskite solar cell. The perovskite solar cells have the fastest growing rate of conversion efficiency among solar cells. Here, it was shown that the absorption spectra of a perovskite solar cell can be increased by using a different shape plasmonic nanoparticles. The results show that the photocurrent was increased compared to the reference cell form 17.7mA/cm2 to 20.2mA/cm2, 21.5mA/cm2 and 23mA/cm2for a cell with spherical, cylindrical and cubic nanoparticles, respectively.
