Abstract :
Complex metabolic and cellular signaling pathways are examples of biological networks, which are essential for comprehending molecular interactions and developing applications in personalized medicine, biotechnology, and drug discovery. A combination of their dynamic characteristics and nonlinear interactions, these networks are challenging to model using traditional methods. Quantum computing provides the revolutionary potential to get around these restrictions by using concepts like superposition and entanglement. Using quantum algorithms such as Hamiltonian simulation and Grover's algorithm, quantum tools allow for the accurate modeling of molecular interactions, metabolic pathways, and the effects of genetic mutations.
